                     Development & Installation by VAPsoft
                                     Vapsoft will develop a first initial Vapsoft-based Decision Support System prototype
                                     using customer's own non-profit data and will install the system at customer's site.

                     Training by VAPsoft
                                     Vapsoft staff will train customers how to develop their Vapsoft Decision Support
                                     System such as their creation of Decision Support System data bases and how to apply
                                     Vapsoft and how to use their Vapsoft DSS applications.

Prototype Duration : One month

                     Customer’s Evaluation/Decision
                                    Customer will evaluate their Vapsoft Decision Support System after their prototype period
                                    or during their prototype period. They will make a decision whether they will purchase
                                    Vapsoft.
